However, building a new habit from the beginning can be struggle and chaotic because we humans have to endure such difficult times, especially during the pandemic crisis. The first and foremost priority is always address yourself before tackling your daily tasks.

    I had tried on and off meditating for a year or so using meditation apps or what have you. Not very effective here, I felt like I wasn’t experiencing the grounded self awareness I was hoping for. Henderson’s book stripped it down to essentials in an easy to follow step by step guide. Actually learning how to meditate on my own has been such a gift. I do it regularly now and it has really improved my life.
